14 This litigation is the sequel to a prior lawsuit filed in this Court and subsequently settled. Plaintiff AirWair International Ltd. brings claims that defendant Zoetop Business Co., Ltd., operating under the trade name Shein, breached their prior settlement agreement and continues to infringe on plaintiff’s intellectual property rights. Pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7-1(b), the Court determined that the motion is suitable for resolution without oral argument, and VACATED the May 2, 2025 hearing.
