17 I. BACKGROUND On December 11, 2024, Plaintiff C.T. (“Plaintiff”), who is represented by counsel (“Counsel”), filed a Complaint (“Complaint” or “Compl.”) seeking judicial review of the final decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (“Commissioner,” “Agency,” or “Defendant”) denying Plaintiff’s application for disability benefits under the Social Security Act.
