Defendants. 14-DAY DEADLINE 14 15 Plaintiff Susan Ottele and her since deceased husband, William Collier, Jr., initiated this action with the filing of a complaint on February 14, 2022, against Defendant correctional officers Oscar Martinez and Aaron Hodges. Plaintiff brings claims pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and state law arising from the death of her son, Adam Collier, while incarcerated at Kern Valley State Prison. (Doc. 1).
