The court did not find it appropriate to set the motion for a hearing pursuant to Local Rule 231(c). For the reasons explained below, the court will deny Plaintiff’s motion. BACKGROUND On February 3, 2025, Plaintiff filed a complaint in Sacramento County Superior Court against Defendants Loancare, LLC and Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC (collectively “Defendants”), alleging a single breach of contract claim.
