Currently before the Court is Plaintiff’s motion for an extension of time to file an amended complaint and Plaintiff’s motion for leave to file an amended complaint, filed March 13, 2025 and April 10, 2025, respectively. (ECF Nos. 42, 44.) On April 10, 2025, Plaintiff also submitted a proposed amended complaint which was lodged. (ECF No. 45.) I.
