20 Tonyette O. (“Plaintiff”) brings this action seeking to overturn the decision of 21 the Commissioner of Social Security (the “Commissioner” or “Defendant”) denying 22 her application for Disability Insurance Benefits (“DIB”). (Dkt. 12 at 5.) For the

PROCEDURAL HISTORY Plaintiff filed an application for DIB on March 22, 2019, alleging disability commencing in August 2008. (Dkt. 6-4 at 17; Dkt. 6-6 at 2-5.)
