16 Plaintiff Alexander Rodarte filed this action in the Sacramento County Superior Court and defendant Katherine Lester removed it to this court on December 10, 2024. (ECF No. 1.) On April 21, 2024, the undersigned recommended this case be dismissed without prejudice for plaintiff’s failure to prosecute. (ECF No. 9.) Plaintiff filed a document which the undersigned construes as objections to the recommendation that this case be dismissed for failure to prosecute. (ECF No. 13.) Plaintiff’s objections also contain a brief statement in writing in opposition to defendant’s pending motion to dismiss. (See id.)
