INTRODUCTION 15 Plaintiffs District Council 16 Northern California Health and Welfare Trust Fund, et al. 16 bring this case against Defendants Kevin Herron, Dora Herron, Herron Painting Co., a California 17 Partnership; and Herron Painting, Inc., alleging Defendants failed to report and pay required 18 contributions under the parties’ bargaining and trust agreements.
