INTRODUCTION Plaintiffs District Council 16 Northern California Health and Welfare Trust Fund, et al. bring this case against Defendants Kevin Herron, Dora Herron, Herron Painting Co., a California Partnership; and Herron Painting, Inc., alleging Defendants failed to report and pay required contributions under the parties’ bargaining and trust agreements.
