INTRODUCTION Plaintiffs District Council 16 Northern California Health and Welfare Trust Fund, et al. bring this case against Defendants Kevin Herron, Dora Herron, Herron Painting Co., a California Partnership; and Herron Painting, Inc., alleging Defendants failed to report and pay required contributions under the parties’ bargaining and trust agreements. Pending before the Court is Plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment against Defendants Kevin Herron and Dora Herron. ECF No. 72. Defendants have not opposed the motion.
