INTRODUCTION 18 Plaintiffs District Council 16 Northern California Health and Welfare Trust Fund, et al. 19 bring this case against Defendants Kevin Herron, Dora Herron, Herron Painting Co., a California 20 Partnership; and Herron Painting, Inc., alleging Defendants failed to report and pay required 21 contributions under the parties’ bargaining and trust agreements. Pending before the Court is 22 Plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment against Defendants Kevin Herron and Dora Herron. 23 ECF No. 72. Defendants have not opposed the motion.
