INTRODUCTION Plaintiff Paige, LLC (“Paige”) moves for entry of default judgment against 20 Defendant Sage and Paige Collective PTY LTD (“Saige and Paige”) on Paige’s 21 Complaint for trademark infringement and dilution. (Mot. Default J. (“Motion” or 22 “Mot.”), ECF No. 49.) For the reasons that follow, the Court GRANTS Paige’s Motion. II. BACKGROUND Paige designs, markets, and distributes high-end apparel, footwear, and 25 accessories. (Compl. ¶ 8, ECF No. 1.) It sells its merchandise throughout the United 26 States and the world at high-end retailers. (Id. ¶ 12.)
