23 This matter is before the Court on Defendant Thomas Rutaganira’s (“Defendant”) Motion 24 to Remand. (ECF No. 3.) Plaintiff Krista Mitchell (“Plaintiff”) filed an opposition. (ECF No. 4.) 25 Defendant did not file a reply.
