17 Defendant. [ECF No. 11] 18 19 Before the Court is a Motion to Enforce Settlement Agreement (“Motion”) filed by Plaintiff WMBE Payrolling, Inc., dba TCWGlobal (“Plaintiff”). (ECF No. 11.) Plaintiff requests that the Court enforce the Settlement Agreement and enter judgment against Defendant Celularity, Inc. (“Defendant”) in the amount of $350,127.31. (Id. at 6.)
