Currently before the Court are Plaintiff’s motions for a preliminary injunction and temporary restraining order regarding a foreclosure sale (Doc. 2) and for a temporary restraining order and injunction regarding documents submitted to the Fresno County Recorder’s Office (Doc. 3), both filed on May 28, 2025.
