Relevant Background On December 14, 2023, Plaintiff, the People of the State of California (“Plaintiff”) initiated this action with the filing of a complaint against Defendants Ejuicesteals.com (“Ejuicesteals”) and Remon Hanna (collectively, “Defendants”).
