18 Plaintiff Jodi Claire Clark (“Plaintiff”) seeks judicial review of a final decision of the 19 Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner” or “Defendant”) denying her application for 20 disability benefits under the Social Security Act. (Doc. 1). The matter is currently before the 21 Court on the parties’ initial briefs, which were submitted without oral argument, and Plaintiff’s 22 request to file an untimely reply.
