20 Before the Court is the Response to the Court’s Order to Show Cause Regarding 21 Supplemental Jurisdiction filed by Plaintiff. ECF No. 12. For the reasons stated herein, the Court 22 DECLINES to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiff Michael Harris’s state law claims 23 and DISMISSES the claims.

Factual Background1 Plaintiff Michael Harris (“Harris”) is a California resident who suffers from hemiplegia and hemiparesis and requires a wheelchair at all times when traveling in public.
