17 This matter is before the court on plaintiff’s motion for clarification filed on April 10, 2025. (Doc. No. 85.) In the pending motion, plaintiff seeks clarification of the previously assigned district judge’s April 20, 2023 order granting defendant’s motion to dismiss. (Doc. No. 85-1 at 1.) The motion for clarification was taken under submission on the papers pursuant to Local Rule 230(g). (Doc. No. 87.) For the reasons explained below, plaintiff’s motion will be denied.
