THIS MATTER having come before the Court for consideration of the parties’ application for Final Approval of Class Action Settlement and the parties’ briefing related to Plaintiffs’ application for an Award of Attorneys’ Fees, Reimbursement of Expenses and Plaintiffs’ Service Awards.
