12 In this wage and hour action, Plaintiff alleges Strategic Staffing Solutions-S3, LLC and Cynthia Pasky, S3’s Chief Executive Officer, systematically misclassified its recruiters as exempt employees. The Court previously granted preliminary approval of the parties’ class action settlement. (Dkt. No. 44.1) Plaintiff now moves for final approval of the class action settlement and for attorneys’ fees, costs, and a class representative service award. (Dkt. Nos. 45, 47.)
