15 Plaintiff Sausalito Yacht Harbor brings this in rem action to satisfy maritime liens related to 16 Defendant M/Y Selene (the “Vessel”). Default was entered against the Vessel on April 29, 2025. 17 [Docket No. 29.] Plaintiff then filed this Motion for Interlocutory Vessel Sale and Authorization to 18 Credit Bid. [Docket No. 31, “Mot.”] Plaintiff has consented to magistrate judge jurisdiction 19 pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(c).
