14 SELMA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, et (ECF Nos. 2, 5, 6) al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff is proceeding pro se in this action. (ECF No. 1.) On May 30, 2025, Plaintiff 18 filed an application to proceed in forma pauperis (ECF No. 2); however, the Court was unable to 19 determine from the application whether Plaintiff qualified. Therefore, the Court ordered that 20 Plaintiff file a “long form” application. (ECF No. 5.) The Court gave Plaintiff fourteen days in 21 which to file her long form application and admonished her that “[i]f Plaintiff fails to comply 22 with this order, this action shall be dismissed.” (Id. at p. 2.) Plaintiff failed to timely file a long 23 form application, and thus, the Court will recommend that this matter be dismissed for failure to 24 prosecute and failure to comply with a court order. 25 Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b) permits…
