14 V. SINGH, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding pro se with a civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 18 1983. On March 17, 2025, this matter was referred to the post-screening ADR pilot project and 19 stayed. (ECF No. 46.) A settlement conference was held on June 23, 2024, and the case did not 20 settle. (ECF No. 51.) By this order, the undersigned will order the stay lifted and direct 21 defendants to file a responsive pleading within thirty (30) days. 22 On June 16, 2025, plaintiff filed a “motion to enforce a judgment.” (ECF No. 50.) The 23 motion seeks to enforce a settlement agreement that resolved two of plaintiff’s civil rights actions 24 filed in the Northern District of California.
