INTRODUCTION 15 Plaintiff A.W., through her guardian ad litem, Nancy Dinh, appeals an adverse 16 administrative decision under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), 20 U.S.C. § 17 1400, et seq. The parties have reached a settlement, and Plaintiff now moves for an order 18 approving the agreed-upon settlement. ECF No. 25. Plaintiff also requests the Court dismiss this 19 case with prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(2). No opposition has been 20 received. The Court finds this matter suitable for disposition without oral argument and 21 VACATES the July 10, 2025 hearing. Civ. L.R. 7-1(b). For the reasons stated below, the Court 22 GRANTS…
