13 v. Doc. 9 14 SOLORIO, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff, a former state prisoner proceeding pro se, has filed this civil rights action 18 seeking relief under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a United States magistrate 19 judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 20 On June 5, 2025, the assigned magistrate judge issued findings and recommendations 21 recommending that this action be dismissed without prejudice due to plaintiff’s failure to 22 prosecute and failure to keep the Court apprised of his current address as required by Local Rule 23 183(b).
