13 This is a patent infringement case alleging that Defendant Uber Technologies, Inc. 14 infringed U.S. Patent Nos. 6,441,752 (“’752 patent”), 6,756,918 (“’918 patent”), and 7,199,726 15 (“’726 patent”) (collectively, the “Asserted Patents”). The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff Enovsys, 16 LLC’s Second Motion for Leave to File a Motion for Reconsideration. ECF No. 69 (“Second 17 Reconsideration Motion”). Enovsys seeks reconsideration of the Court’s June 17, 2024 order 18 granting Uber’s motion to dismiss, ECF No. 64 (“MTD Order”).
