12 13 Defendants SAP America, Inc. and SAP SE (collectively, “SAP” or “Defendants”) filed a 14 motion to transfer this case to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of 15 Pennsylvania. Mot. to Transfer, ECF No. 14 (“Mot.”). Plaintiff filed an opposition, and 16 Defendants filed a reply. Opp’n, ECF No. 35; Reply, ECF No. 36 (“Reply”). Having considered 17 the parties’ briefs and the relevant legal authority, the Court concludes oral argument is not 18 required, see N.D. Cal. Civ. L.R. 7-1(b), and VACATES the hearing set for July 2, 2025. 19 Defendants’ motion is GRANTED. 20 I. BACKGROUND 21 Plaintiff is a citizen of California. Compl., ¶ 10, ECF No. 1-3.
