20 On June 18, 2025, Plaintiff Mario Mendoza (“Men doza”) filed a Complaint against 21 Defendants DEHUA YU D/B/A SMART CUTS (“Smart Cuts”); ANNA MO KUEN LAM, AS 22 TRUSTEE OF THE ANNA MO KUEN LAM REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST (“Anna”); and Does 23 1 to 10 (collectively, “Defendants”) asserting: (1) a claim for injunctive relief arising out of an 24 alleged violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12010–12213; (2) a 25 claim for damages pursuant to California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act (“Unruh Act”), Cal.
