12 13 Before the Court is Plaintiff Salinda Lamar’s motion to remand. ECF No. 13. The Court 14 finds this matter suitable for resolution without oral argument, see Fed. R. Civ. P. 78(b); Civil L.R. 15 7-1(b), and will grant the motion. 16 I. BACKGROUND 17 Plaintiff Salinda Lamar brings this wage-and-hour putative class action against Defendants 18 Wyndham Vacation Resorts, Inc.; Wyndham Destinations; Wyndham Vacation Ownership; and 19 Wyndham Vacation Ownership Inc.
