Plaintiff filed the instant action on April 28, 2025. 20 Currently before the Court is Plaintiff’s motion for leave to file a supplemental complaint, 21 filed June 30, 2025. (ECF No. 12.) 22 I. 23 DISCUSSION 24 Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 15(d) provides for supplemental pleadings as follows:
