17 18 Petitioner William Anthony Bond is a current or former inmate at Rio Consumnes 19 Correctional Center appearing pro se and in forma pauperis with a petition for writ of habeas 20 corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. This matter was referred to a United States Magistrate 21 Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 22 On March 24, 2025, the assigned magistrate judge issued findings and recommendations 23 recommending that this action be dismissed, without prejudice, due to plaintiff’s failure to 24 comply with court orders and failure to prosecute this action.
