17 18 Plaintiff seeks judicial review of a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security 19 (“Commissioner”) denying her application for disability insurance benefits (“DIB”) under Title II 20 of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 401-34, and supplemental security income (“SSI”) under 21 Title XVI of the Social Security Act (the “Act”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 1381-1383f. Plaintiff challenges 22 the “Step Five” determination of whether Defendant identified a significant number of jobs in the 23 national economy that she can perform. ECF No. 12 at 7. For the reasons that follow, the Court 24 will GRANT Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment and DENY the Commissioner’s cross- 25 motion for summary judgment. 26 I.
