17 18 This matter is before the court on plaintiff’s renewed motion to serve defendants Danil 19 Reziapkine and Kirill M. Zameyer by publication. (Doc. No. 21.) Having reviewed plaintiff’s 20 submission, the court deems the motion suitable for decision without oral argument pursuant to 21 Local Rule 230(g), and the hearing previously set for July 7, 2025 is hereby vacated.
