Before the Court are two motions. The first motion before the Court is Plaintiff Theresa Miner’s (“Plaintiff”) Motion to Remand. See Dkt. 11. Defendant L3Harris Maritime Power and Energy Solutions, Inc. (“L3Harris”) opposes the Motion to Remand. See Dkt. 12. Plaintiff filed a Reply in support of the Motion to Remand. See Dkt. 16. The second motion before the Court is Plaintiff’s Motion for Leave to Amend the Complaint (“Motion for Leave to Amend”). See Dkt. 19. L3Harris opposes the Motion for Leave to Amend. See Dkt. 20. Plaintiff filed a Reply in support of the Motion for Leave to Amend. See Dkt. 21. The Court finds these matters suitable for decision without oral argument and the July 8, 2025, hearing is VACATED.
