15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff is a federal prisoner proceeding pro se in a civil rights action pursuant to Bivens 18 vs. Six Unknown Agents, 403 U.S. 388 (1971). Plaintiff has not paid the $405.00 filing fee, nor 19 submitted an application to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915. 20 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 21 1. The Clerk’s Office shall send to Plaintiff the form for application to proceed in forma 22 pauperis. 23 2.
