Kheloud Allos filed suit against her former employer, Poway Unified School District (PUSD), claiming violations of the Fair Employment and Housing Act (Gov. Code, § 12900 et seq., FEHA) and the Labor Code based on PUSD’s refusal to allow her to work exclusively from home.
