12 13 Plaintiff Martin Ray Winery, Inc. initiated this action against Defendant Cameron Hughes 14 on March 28, 2025. ECF No. 1. On June 12, 2025, Martin Ray Winery, Inc. filed an amended 15 complaint adding Phoenix Wine Company, LLC as a plaintiff and The Négociant as a defendant. 16 ECF No. 21. Plaintiffs filed a motion for preliminary injunction the next day. ECF No. 25. 17 On June 25, 2025, Defendants filed a motion to dismiss under Rule 12(b)(3).
