See Doc. No. 1 (“Compl.”). Plaintiff claims Richard J. Donovan 27 Correctional Facility (“RJD”) Correctional Officer Terronez retaliated against him on 28 May 24, 2023, when she destroyed his property and “put [him] in a cage” after he filed 1 “grievances and lawsuits” against her.
