18 [Doc. No. 2] 19 20 Petitioner, a state prisoner proceeding pro se, has filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas 21 Corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. [Doc. No. 1.] Petitioner has also filed a motion for 22 leave to proceed in forma pauperis and has submitted his trust account statement. [Doc. 23 Nos. 2–3.] For the reasons discussed, the Court GRANTS the motion to proceed in forma 24 pauperis and NOTIFIES Petitioner of his options to avoid a future dismissal of the instant 25 habeas action. 26 I.
