The matter was referred to a United States 19 magistrate judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 20 On October 29, 2024, plaintiff filed a signed complaint in the Central District of 21 California. Doc. 1. The action was transferred to the Eastern District of California on 22 February 12, 2025. Doc. 14.
