17 18 Plaintiff Daniel Dauwalder is proceeding pro se in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 19 U.S.C. section 1983. 20 I. INTRODUCTION 21 On January 21, 2025, Plaintiff filed a document titled “An Injunctive Request for Cease of 22 Retaliation and Interference in Due Process by Prison Officials in California Correctional 23 Institute & Identify and Charge Culprits.” (Doc. 20.) The Court construes Plaintiff’s filing to be a 24 motion for injunctive relief and will recommend that it be denied. 25 II.
