The matter was 21 referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 22 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 23 The parties have filed cross motions for summary 24 judgment. (Docket Nos. 50, 57.) On January 24, 2025, the 25 Magistrate Judge filed findings and recommendations herein which 26 were served on all parties and which contained notice to all 27 parties that any objections to the findings and recommendations 28 were to be filed within fourteen days.
