Plaintiff was warned that failure to comply with the court’s 19 order would result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed. The deadline for 20 compliance with the court’s order has expired and, despite an extension, plaintiff has not returned 21 all of the required documents. 22 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without 23 prejudice. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). 24 These findings and recommendations will be submitted to the United States District Judge 25 assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l).
