17 18 Defendant I.Q. Data International, Inc. (“I.Q. Data”) removed this action from San 19 Joaquin County Superior Court on May 14, 2025. (ECF No. 1.) Defendants FPI Management; 20 Patmon Company, Inc. (“Patmon”); and Patmon Stonebrier1 (“Stonebrier”) consented to the 21 removal of this case. (Id. at 66.) Plaintiff Kevin Starks proceeds in this civil action without 22 counsel.
