A jury convicted defendant Joshua Kenneth Bringazi of stalking and other offenses related to a pattern of conduct toward a woman we will refer to as T.P. Defendant was sentenced to four years in prison. Defendant argues his stalking conviction must be reversed for insufficient evidence supporting the jury’s implicit findings that he made a credible threat and that he did so with the intent to place T.P. in reasonable fear for her safety.
