Sabraw pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1) and Civil Local Rule 72.1(c) of the United 20 States District Court for the Southern District of California. Pending before the Court is 21 J. Galindo, M. Lizarraga, and E. Montejano’s (collectively “Defendants”) Motion for 22 Summary Judgment. ECF No. 71. For the reasons set forth herein, the Court 23 RECOMMENDS the Motion for Summary Judgment be GRANTED IN PART and 24 DENIED IN PART. 25 I.
