14 COMMISSIONER OF SOCIAL SECURITY, (Docs. 11, 15) 15 Defendant. 16 17 Findings and Recommendations 18 INTRODUCTION 19 Plaintiff Lourdes Vasquez (“Plaintiff”) seeks judicial review of a final decision of the 20 Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”) denying her applications for disability 21 insurance benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act and for supplemental security income 22 under Title XVI of the Social Security Act.
