BACKGROUND 20 Plaintiff filed a complaint (Doc. 1), and a document titled “Plaintiffs Request for 21 Injunctive Relief Under Immenant [sic] Danger of Serious Physical Harm” (Doc. 2) on December 22 18, 2024.
