18 Plaintiff Charles Gooden is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in 19 this civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. (ECF No. 1, 10). On June 3, 2024, Plaintiff 20 filed a complaint generally alleging that he was not protected of the risk of harm by other 21 inmates when prison officials transferred him to SCC Jamestown. 22 On April 23, 2025, the Court screened Plaintiff’s complaint and found that it failed to 23 state any cognizable claims.
