15 16 Petitioner Joseph Allen Wilson is a state prisoner proceeding pro se with a petition for 17 writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. In the instant petition, Petitioner challenges 18 his 1996 convictions in the Kings County Superior Court.
