18 Defendants. 19 20 21 On March 26, 2025, Plaintiff Shannon Andre Bryant, a state prisoner proceeding pro 22 se, filed a civil rights Complaint pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, along with a Motion to 23 proceed in forma pauperis (“IFP”). (ECF Nos. 1-2.)
